Hops, oak, and bourbon intertwine, slow and steady – like bison grazing on the open plains. A double IPA aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels: big and bold, yet light on its feet with notes of tropical fruit.

Grain: Pure Idaho, Corn Flakes, Acidulated, 2 Row Carapils

Hops: Sabro, Mosaic, Vic Secret

Yeast: Sacch Trois

Other: Aged in Buffalo Trace barrels
